IMPORTANT NOTES FOR THE TREGARON RACES 21^st,22^nd and 23^rd August 2008

1. Please make sure that you have your licences and horse passport, and that all fees are paid up to date.

Declarations close 1.00pm. Please declare your horses for the Little Welsh Dragon(Friday) before 3pm on Thursday. The draw will take place on Thursday afternoon.

2. Draw for position will take place immediately after declarations close.

3. Horses in the same GRADE draw for position in all handicap races except Cardigan Bay race.

4. Late declarations will be placed on the outside.

5. Any change of drivers must be notified to the Secretary before the draw.

6. Track telephone number on Race days only 01974 831 576.

7. Dope tests will be taken.

8. All prize money will be forwarded by post to the owner within 14 days.

9. All trophies must be signed for, and returned 14 days before the Aug 2009 races.

The Little Welsh Jug to be returned before the May 2009 races. A charge of £350 will be made for any trophies not returned.

10. Withdrawals to Raymond Jenkins 01974 261 343. Full entry fee payable in all cases.

11. No unauthorized parking of Caravans, Mobile Homes, other vehicles or camping will be allowed on the race field.

12. Use of body protectors is compulsory, and safety bars must be fitted on the back of all sulkies.

13. Any alteration to this PROVISIONAL start sheet will be notified on the Tregaron Trotting Club
